Holding a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Master's degree in Design, Riya Shahane brings over eight years of strategic design and industry experience. She leverages her design thinking background to spearhead the company's marketing, sales, and core operations. Riya drives both brand growth and seamless organizational execution, ensuring CIBOS scales effectively across new markets.
With a foundation in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master's degree in Design, Aditya Dave bridges the gap between complex energy engineering and user-centric design to build scalable, grid-agnostic hardware. His vision is focused on democratizing clean thermal technology to drive grassroots access to clean energy and economic empowerment across India.
