Operating on an EV-as-a-service model, they supply large corporate partners with fast-charging electric vehicle fleets and cater to gig workers in sectors like ride-hailing, e-commerce, and quick commerce. Through their work, FYN enables over 900 gig workers to transition to EVs, aggregating demand from logistics companies to enhance the workers' income stability and predictability.

About the Founders:
Visakh Sasikumar is the Co-founder and CEO of Fyn Mobility, India’s leading vertically integrated EV ecosystem for logistics. An IIT Madras alumnus with over 12 years of industry experience, Visakh has scaled Fyn from a campus-incubated startup to a 120-member powerhouse. A strategic fundraiser and technical innovator, he is dedicated to commercializing sustainable, high-efficiency mobility solutions for India’s future.
Niroop Janardhanan is a seasoned business leader and the Co-founder/CBO of Fyn Mobility. An MBA from IIM Kozhikode with 15+ years of experience, Niroop has scaled businesses for Coca-Cola, Ola, and Ninjacart. He is currently driving Fyn’s rapid expansion, having achieved 6x growth in 15 months through his expertise in operations and strategic execution.
Manu Iyer is an entrepreneur, investor, and the CSO of Fyn Mobility. With an MBA from Duke and an Engineering degree from IIT Madras, he oversees Fyn’s strategic growth and fleet deployments. As the manager of Bluehill Capital and an active angel investor in 50+ startups, Manu is a leading voice in India’s deep-tech and EV sectors, dedicated to scaling transformative hardware and cleantech solutions
