Thank you for committing to serve as a table captain at Upaya’s annual gala 2026!

The table captains serve a critical role in the success of our event and we are so pleased to have your support. Our goal is to fill the ballroom with generous donors to raise $300,000.

You can help us reach this goal.

Are you ready to host a table?

Step 1: Reserve Your Table

To reserve a table at the gala, you can purchase a table through our Paybee page or contact Amy Pettigrew if you would like to pay for your table in a different way.

Once your table purchase is confirmed by our team, you will receive a confirmation email from PayBee, our event partner. The email contains a button to send automated email invitations to your guest. However, we encourage you to send a personal email, message, or call the people you would like to invite before using this feature in PayBee to let them know the automated invitation email is coming.


Step 2: Invite Your Guests

Send a personal email, message, or call the people you would like to invite to your table. Each table can accommodate 10 guests, including yourself!


Step 3: Manage Your Guest List

Click on the blue “Add or Invite Guests” button in your confirmation email to view and manage your guest list on your table captain page.


Step 4: Reserve Your Seat

Don’t forget to reserve a seat for yourself.

On your table captain page, click “Add Guest(s)” and enter your name, email address, and meal preference to add yourself to your table.

If you know your guests’ meal preferences, you can add your confirmed guests to the table this way as well.


Step 5: Register Your Guests

Click “Invite Guest(s) via Email” and enter your guest’s name and email address. If you’re inviting a couple together, be sure to select the appropriate number of tickets.

They will receive an automated invitation to register for your table. You can view the status of your invitations on your table captain page anytime by clicking the blue “Invite Guests” button in your confirmation email.
