Tosha serves as a key member of Upaya Social Ventures’ finance and operations team, where she leverages her expertise in accounts, taxation, and compliance to strengthen organizational processes. She has worked with Anubhav Pradhan & Company, a Chartered Accountancy firm, gaining exposure in accounting, tax filings, and statutory compliance.

Tosha holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resources and is a CA Finalist. She completed her articleship at Rajesh Agrawal & Associates, handling audit, accounting, and tax assignments, and has also undertaken freelance work in accounting and taxation.
