Neelakshi is a development professional with experience across social impact, climate tech, and early-stage ventures. Her journey began with project implementation and research in the development sector, where she built a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement and impact-driven initiatives. She then worked on strategic partnerships and fundraising at Milaap Social Ventures, deepening her understanding of the social impact ecosystem. At Climate Collective Foundation, she focused on sourcing and evaluating early-stage climate tech startups, facilitating founder–investor collaborations, and helping innovative solutions scale effectively.

She is particularly interested in supporting early-stage ventures, strengthening social impact ecosystems, and scaling solutions that drive systemic change. Outside of work, Neelakshi enjoys hiking, exploring new cuisines, and reading across diverse topics.
