About the Founders:
Siddhanth Jayaram is the Founder of Equilibrium, bringing over a decade of experience as a venture capitalist turned climate entrepreneur. Previously with Kalaari Capital and co-founder of Climes, he combines deep capital markets expertise with hands-on climate-tech experience. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and Purdue alumnus, Siddhanth is a recognized voice on carbon markets and climate finance, speaking at global forums such as New York Climate Week and IVCA.
Sricharann Seshadri specializes in designing and delivering complex nature-based solutions and carbon market projects. With over 12 years of experience, he has worked with institutions such as the World Bank, ADB, and UNDP to implement large-scale sustainability initiatives across South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Erasmus University, and focuses on making climate solutions both scientifically robust and institutionally viable.
