BiofuelCircle is a digitally enabled supply chain platform focused on bioenergy, integrating rural biomass aggregation with an e-commerce marketplace for solid, liquid biofuels, and industrial byproducts. The company operates two key segments: biomass banks for aggregating and storing agricultural residues, and an e-commerce platform for trading biofuels between manufacturers and industrial consumers. Through this model, BiofuelCircle aims to nurture rural micro-entrepreneurs who aggregate agri-residues and manufacture bio-pellets and briquettes, while also helping large corporations transition to biofuels. They currently engage a network of over 35,000 farmers and 1,400 rural entrepreneurs.
