Aakansha is an Associate under the Impact Measurement and Management at Upaya. She comes with a deep commitment to make a positive social impact.

Aakansha transitioned from working in statutory audit at KPMG to the development sector, soon after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. She has worked with organizations like Social Finance India and Aspire Impact and gained experience in impact evaluation, market research, and fundraising. She has also volunteered at non-profits working in the education sector.

Outside of work she enjoys trekking, travelling and reading.
