Anshini has 6 years of experience across Investment Banking and Impact Investing.

She spent 5 years in the Investment Banking space where she got an opportunity to see the entire life cycle of several deals.

She was inspired by certain life incidents to pivot into Impact Investment space. She worked with Caspian Impact Investment for a year which helped her build a foundation in the Impact space. She joined Upaya to further build onto the Impact Investment space and be a part of Upaya’s mission to create dignified jobs.

She loves to spend time in nature and read different genre including - tech, human anatomy, building businesses, economics, philosophy and spirituality.

Anshini has done MBA (Finance) from Pune University.
